BRIAN PATRICK, CRS, BROKER/OWNER
Brian graduated from the University of
North Texas with a BBA in Administrative Management and
Accounting. Brian was a CPA for 22 years until he changed
careers almost ten years ago to work as a New
Home Consultant for a major national
homebuilder. As a new home consultant
Brian was a top producer helping 215
North Texas families purchase new homes.
In January of 2009, Brian received his Texas Real Estate Broker
license.
Although
Brian's most recent experience is in
residential home sales, he has also had
extensive experience in commercial real
estate as an asset management contractor
for the Resolution Trust Corporation,
negotiating on behalf of his clients
nearly 400,000 sq. ft. in commercial
real estate leases and almost $20
million in class A office space.
Brian has lived in Frisco for the
last nine years, and in Plano for the
four years before that. He grew up
in Fort Worth and has lived in the
Dallas/Fort Worth area for fifty years.
Brian is a
former United States Marine and he
enjoys sailing, bicycling and snow
skiing. Brian is married and has a son
who attends Frisco High School.
Brian
also has
a daughter named Meghan and a new baby
boy named Alexander. Meghan is married
to Eric Rygg; they live in Murphy,
Texas and have a son named Evan.
Brian
and his wife are active
participants in community events and
supports the Frisco Miracle League,
the University of North Texas and
Brian's fraternity, Delta Sigma Phi.
They are proud to be living in North Texas
and serving their friends and families
with their real estate needs.
Last year Brian became a Texas Real
Estate Broker and established his
brokerage firm, Superior Realty, LLC.

PATTI PARR, REALTOR ASSOCIATE
She’s the real deal. Born at Baylor in Dallas, growing up north
Houston, before moving to the Metroplex, no question Patti
Pfeiffer-Parr is a Native Texan. A former newspaper reporter,
for the last six years she has been a columnist for the Star
Community Newspapers. Patti’s column titled Life’s A Trip!
appears in up to 13 Dallas-area newspapers.
After working as a legal assistant for a Houston judge for ten
years, Ms. Parr went back to college, graduating with highest
honors—receiving the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement
Award and being named Outstanding Graduate—from the University
of St. Thomas with a BBA in 1992. Patti just joined Superior
Realty in April of this year.
Patti’s goal in her real estate career is always providing
“Above Parr” client services.

NATASHA FRY, REALTOR ASSOCIATE
She’s from a Kansas City, MO family of REALTORS, and she's lived
in Dallas for the last three years. Natasha is familiar with the
North Dallas residential market for single and multi-family
