Realtors use the North Texas Real Estate Information Service (NTREIS) to advertise and market listings.  This information is shared among all members of the local Realtor  boards.  By sharing this information, Realtors can advertise to over 14,000 Realtors in the Dallas Fort Worth area. 

NTREIS also shares this information with websites more oriented to the consumer, such as Realtor.com.  The disadvantage of most public sites is that the only information available is homes offered for sale.  Only Realtors can find foreclosures, pending sales or sold homes.  To obtain this information, please give me a call.

SEARCHING FOR A NORTH DALLAS HOME FOR SALE

Superior Realty has designed its website to offer easy access to the MLS for our visitors.  There is a quick search that allows the visitor to easily access the MLS from our home page and find a Mansfield TX home for sale.  There are six other types of searches that offer sophisticated searches by map, advanced searches, foreclosures, and more. 

We invite you to try the North Dallas Quick Search at first so that you can become familiar with the way the search works.  Once you have found one or more homes in the result of your search, click on the first home to see the map location of the home.  We use a unique "Bird's Eye" view on the map that gives you a great overhead view of the home from low altitude.  It's a great way to see the home and preview the neighborhood.
