Book |
This is a marketing tool placed in the
home to inform prospective homebuyers as
they tour your property. The
Patrick Team has developed a Home Book
that is digitally created for backup
purposes in case a prospective homebuyer
takes the book home. |

Inspections |
To ensure that there are no last minute
delays in closing, Superior Realty recommends that a whole home inspection
be obtained on the home for placement in
the Home Book. The Patrick Team
will also order a free termite
inspection for the home so that this
report will be available for the Home
Book. |

Digital Photos |
Superior Realty will take digital
photographs for the Home Book and for
the MLS listing. If you have
seasonal photos, please make them
available to place in the Home Book. |

Virtual Tour |
Superior Realty will take digital
video for use in the marketing of your
home on our website and for the MLS
listing. A CD or DVD of the video
will be produced for use in the
marketing of your home. |

Survey |
A survey of the home will be necessary
if the Seller does not have a current
copy. The Patrick Team can arrange for
the Survey work to be performed at
Seller's expense. |

Title
Work |
A title company can prepare a title
search for the property to assure that
there are no issues clouding the title
for the property. |
