           If at any time you are not happy with the professional real estate services provided to you by The Patrick Team, please let us know your reasons in writing and give us an opportunity to correct the problem within 48 hours.  If we haven’t corrected the problem to your complete satisfaction, you may end our Agency Agreement by sending a written 24-hour notice of termination, subject to a termination fee and commissions on property transactions executed under this agreement or identified properties protected under the agreement.
